What is the delivery time?
The delivery period consists of two phases:

Processing Time:
- Within 1 to 2 working days after your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged.
- Your package will then be prepared for transport.

Delivery Time:
- UK: 8–14 working days
Note: All shipping times exclude customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delays may occur.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping worldwide to our customers. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

It may take up to 5 working days for the tracking information to update. We kindly ask for your patience. If the tracking does not provide information after this time, please contact us.
